At this time, Sili Gems ships exclusively within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), or mail-forwarding services to ensure secure and timely delivery.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 CAD (before taxes and discounts). For orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping fee of $8 CAD will apply. Express shipping options are available at checkout, and fees vary based on location and order weight.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday). Shipping timelines: Canada: 2–6 business days; USA: 4–9 business days. These timelines are estimates and do not include weekends, holidays, or courier delays.

All Sili Gems orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in Ontario, Canada.

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email containing shipment details and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Will I be charged customs duties or tariffs on U.S. orders?

For U.S. orders, tariffs or customs duties may apply on orders over $800 CAD. These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer express delivery for an additional fee, selectable at checkout. Same-day delivery is not available at this time.

Yes. For orders over $800 CAD, a signature will be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address.

Sili Gems pieces are crafted with freshwater cultured pearls, 18K gold plating, stainless steel (nickel-free, tarnish-resistant), and silver plating. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and ideal for everyday wear.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. Please email support@silijewels.ca as soon as possible and we will try to help before the order ships

Check your tracking link. If the order hasn't arrived 72 hours after the marked delivery, contact support@siligems.ca. We’ll assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Yes, optional shipping protection is available at checkout. It covers lost, stolen, or damaged items. Contact us with your order details if you need to file a claim.
