Refund Policy
We want you to love your Sili Gems jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policies below for refunds
- Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees and order protection fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Items returned worn, damaged, or outside of policy may be rejected or subject to a 20% restocking fee and eligible only for store credit.
Exclusions to Refunds:
- Change of mind.
- Earrings, sets containing earrings, or any item worn
- Final sale items (40%+ discount)
- Damaged or tarnished products due to improper care
- Personalized or made-to-order items
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Slight bends in earring posts may occur in transit and do not qualify as defects. Simply adjust them gently to align.
